Product returns

For all product returns / changes, the packaging must be in its original condition, the products must be in perfect condition, as well as the return must be made within 30 days from the proven date of sending the order.

For the return, change or replacement of the goods, the value of the price stated on the purchase receipt will be taken into account. If you want to replace the product, you must contact us in advance. Please contact us either by phone at 2114138347 daily 10.00 to 16.00, or by email at info@huaca.gr and inform us about the product you want to change and which one you want to receive.

With the processing of your request, and if there is availability, we will then inform you about the shipment of the new product.

Please pack the product carefully and deliver it to the courier who will deliver the new product. The package you pack must contain the product you are returning, the return form that was in the original package you received (completed with the required information), as well as the proof of your order.
This service is performed by Speedex courier with a surcharge of € 2. This amount is paid to the courier company that will deliver the new product to you.

In case you choose to use any other transport company of your choice, you will be fully charged for the transport costs which you will pay at the time of sending the parcel to the transport company of your choice.

If the replacement products are of higher value than the original purchase, you will be charged the difference.

The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue, as far as possible.

In those cases in which, through our proven fault, products other than those of the order have been delivered to you or there is a proven defect before their use by you, you can return the products at no charge.

In cases where the products have been received and paid at the cooperating physical store, the right of return does not apply remotely, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely. In these cases you can make a change, within 10 days, exclusively at the partner physical store.

The return will be made in the same way as the original transaction, ie if the original transaction is via card and the return will be made in the same way.

For the refund of a non-defective product the costs of the refund are borne by the customer.

In the discount period changes are accepted but refunds are not accepted.
